Hospitality Forward Candidate with experience in troubleshooting and fixing leaks and other plumbing issues. Repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures. Assisting with the installation of new equipment, fixtures, and appliances. Painting and performing surface repairs on walls, floors, drywall, other structures, and drywall repairs. Use hand, power, and other equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Responding to emergency maintenance requests and work orders promptly. Porter duties are also included in this scope.
