Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Contact potential or existing customers by phone and/or digital channels
- Follow a provided script and guidelines to present our clients’ products or services clearly
- Answer basic questions and provide accurate information
- Record details of interactions in our system
- Transfer or schedule qualified leads/appointments as needed
- Meet reasonable daily/weekly performance targets
This is NOT a door-to-door position and is NOT a 1099 independent contractor role. You are paid hourly for all worked time, with the opportunity to earn additional incentive pay based on performance.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule
- Typical shifts include weekend availability
- Some flexibility may be available based on business needs
What We Offer
- Hourly pay: $15-$18 per hour (based on experience and performance)
- Monthly performance bonuses: Potential to earn an additional $1,000–$1,500 per month

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, or outreach is a plus, but not always required
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and following a script
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet performance expectations
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
