Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical treatment and preventive care to patients.
- Document all patient interactions per compliance standards.
- Collaborate with medical assistants and staff for coordinated care.
- Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of outpatient experience
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and Value-Based Care
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- EMR proficiency (Athena or similar)
