Location: Edgewater, FL
Pay:$16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Enjoy long weekends!)
Shift :Day Shift (Overtime opportunities available)
🔧 Assembler – No Experience Needed
Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work? Join a leading boat manufacturer and help build high-quality watercraft—no prior experience required!
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble boat parts like hulls, decks, and cabins using hand/power tools.
- Measure and fit components accurately.
- Follow blueprints and instructions.
- Work with a team to meet production goals.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and safe.
Bring your motivation—we’ll teach you the rest!
Additional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled shop.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with MRP systems or warehouse practices.
- Experience in marine or manufacturing environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
