  • Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and pro forma alignment to ensure ROI and development goals are met.
  • Monitor project milestones, construction progress, and design implementation to keep timelines and quality in check.
  • Lead internal and external teams across disciplines including leasing, finance, construction, and asset management.
  • Identify risks early and drive creative, value-engineered solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the developer in meetings with investors, city officials, and project partners.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial and/or mixed-use development.
  • Proven track record leading mid- to high-rise projects
  • Solid understanding of entitlement, permitting, construction processes, and vertical development.
  • Experience working on behalf of a developer or ownership group preferred, or from a top-tier GC with strong developer collaboration.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to align construction with investment strategy.
  • Clear communicator, team leader, and relationship builder.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.

💰 Attractive compensation package with performance-related bonuses.

🩺 Comprehensive benefits: Healthcare, 401k, wellness programs, and more.
