Seasoned construction company in Miami is looking for highly skilled HVAC tech. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial renovations and construction. We are looking for someone who can to perform the work correctly, efficiently and to code. Qualified candidate:
- Have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Have the ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
- Be able to work in outside conditions and in tight spaces
- Know proper usage of ladders for roof access
- Will have proficiency in wiring schematics.
- Will maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
- Will document details of services and parts provided to customers
- Will have five years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service
- Will be proficient with manual and power tools
- Must be skilled in performing service calls: cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. You will inspect and ensure that new systems work efficiently.
- We provide truck and tools.
