Schedule: 5 days/week (Full Time)

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Operator to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about wellness and interested in playing a key role in a forward-thinking healing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee wellness rooms equipped with advanced technologies (e.g., infrared, PEMF, red light therapy)
• Greet and assist clients throughout their spa journey with warmth and professionalism
• Set up rooms and maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment
• Support clients in following guided video and audio-based wellness sessions
• Coordinate appointments and maintain smooth day-to-day spa operations
• Provide administrative and customer service support as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfort with basic technology and audio-visual equipment
• A background in holistic health, wellness, or Eastern medicine is beneficial

Bonus

• Licensed Acupuncturist (not required but considered an advantage)
