Front Desk/Client Service Representative

Full-time position in Boca Raton, FL


We are seeking a compassionate, outgoing Front Desk/Client Service Representative to work at our therapy office located in Boca Raton, FL.

The Front Desk/Client Service Representative is responsible for welcoming Clients into our office with warmth and compassion and facilitating the scheduling and payment processes. This position requires a solid understanding of office administration, superior communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care to our clients. JOB DETAILS

  • Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment for Clients, visitors and Team
  • Warmly greet all Clients and visitors
  • Direct clients on campus
  • Open and close building at the scheduled time
  • Assume responsibility for the daily care and upkeep of lobbies, restrooms and all public areas
  • Help Clients schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Assist Clients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
  • Assist Clients in paying for Oasis services
  • Facilitate Client-Therapist Communication
  • Communicate essential Client information to other Team Members
  • Manage calls, take messages and retrieve voicemail
  • Distribute faxes and mail as required
  • Safeguard clients Protected Health Information as required by HIPAA and Therapeutic Oasis Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain updated client information including addresses, phone numbers and insurance plans
  • Scan Client paperwork to EHR
  • Be familiar with Therapeutic Oasis Emergency Operation Policies and Procedures
  • Assist and support other Team Members in their efforts to provide exceptional service and care to every Client


QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST

  • Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all aspects of their presentation
  • Possess excellent writing and communication skills
  • Possess excellent computer skills
  • Effectively organize and manage multiple tasks
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance billing a plus
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a reliable mode of transportation to the Boca Raton office
