Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM)
Location: Florida (Multiple Office Locations Possible)

Our client, a highly reputable and employee-focused surveying and engineering firm, is seeking both Senior-Level and Licensed Professional Surveyors and Mappers (PSMs) to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a well-established group of licensed professionals on a variety of continuing contracts and high-impact civil projects across the state.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support ongoing land surveying and mapping projects across public and private sectors.
Serve as a project lead or team contributor on survey assignments under continuing contracts.
Assist with project proposals, scope development, and cost estimating.
Use advanced survey technology and tools to support efficient and accurate data collection.
Build and maintain strong relationships with long-term clients and stakeholders.
Participate in and support Florida Surveying and Mapping Society (FSMS) activities.
Mentor junior staff (for senior-level candidates) and collaborate with internal teams.

Required Qualifications

Active license as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain).
Demonstrated experience with land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Commitment to accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with proposals, estimating, and project management (especially for senior candidates).
Familiarity with advanced surveying tools and software.
Active membership or participation in FSMS or similar professional organizations.
