What You’ll Do:
- Work with buyer and seller clients from first contact to closing
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and set appointments
- Manage follow-up using Follow Up Boss CRM
- Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

Requirements:
- Active Florida real estate license (or in progress)

Compensation Location:
- Commission-based with performance upside
- Florida-based (hybrid/remote depending on market)
