Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:

  • Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
  • Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
  • Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
  • Working one-on-one with students
  • Assessing students and providing developmental feedback

Adjunct Psychology Faculty are responsible for providing high-quality instruction in undergraduate psychology courses. The role includes delivering engaging content, supporting student success, and maintaining academic integrity inline with Keiser University standards.

  • This position will teach undergraduate psychology courses such as General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Human Growth & Development or Social Psychology.
  • Develop and deliver course materials that meet departmental objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate student performance fairly and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Psychology or a closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology.
  • College-level teaching experience preferred, but not required.
