And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.
Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:
- Rock the PM shift and tackle all things maintenance—guest suite fixes, equipment upkeep, and the unexpected curveballs that come with hospitality life.
- Jump into emergency repairs like a pro—keeping rooms in service and guests smiling.
- Work solo like a boss, taking initiative and owning your zone with confidence and care.
- Keep our property polished: patch walls, refresh paint, repair tiles and carpet, and make the place shine.
- Troubleshoot like a champ—diagnose the issue, fix it up, test it, and make sure it’s running smoothly.
- Master the maintenance mix: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive checkups.
- Use power tools, meters, and equipment like it’s second nature (because it kind of is).
- Spot the weird stuff—faulty systems, worn parts, or safety issues—and flag it fast.
- Stay organized and compliant with safety standards (OSHA, we see you) while keeping your workspace clean and tidy.
- File a quick report at the end of each shift, shout out what needs AM team love, and wrap up like a pro.
- And of course, roll with whatever else the day throws your way. You’ve got this.
You’re Great Because:
- You've got your high school diploma or GED—and even better, a hands-on mindset.
- You bring at least a year of experience in the fix-it world—plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, or appliance repair.
- You're confident flying solo, self-directed, and don’t wait to be told what needs doing.
- You’ve got a flexible schedule and understand that the hospitality world never sleeps (and neither do leaky faucets).
- You're cool under pressure, detail-oriented, and seriously safety-minded.
- You can lift, squat, climb, crawl, and carry like a maintenance ninja—this role moves.
- You’re inclusive, respectful, and a great teammate—no drama, just good energy.
- You know your way around power tools and meters, and bonus points if you’ve got EPA Universal certification in your back pocket.
- You’re solution-driven, organized, and always one step ahead of the game.
