Position Overview
VINEVIDA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support daily manufacturing and production operations. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in assembly-line or production environments who understand workflow, consistency, and quality standards.
Production Associates play a key role in supporting hands-on production processes, operating manual and semi-automated equipment, and ensuring products are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day production and manufacturing activities

Operate manual and semi-automated production equipment following standard procedures

Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail

Assist with product assembly, filling, labeling, and packaging as needed

Inspect products during production to ensure quality and accuracy

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly line, or similar hands-on environment required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
