Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to serve K-12 students in a variety of school settings within Sanford, FL. The contract runs through the current school year with full-time and part-time roles available across elementary, middle, and high schools. Candidates may have itinerant assignments as part-time positions require flexibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or related field
- Current Florida state license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Ability to manage caseloads and provide individualized therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, intervention, and support to students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
Position Details:
- Location: Sanford, FL (on-site, with possible hybrid options)
- Full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time (approx. 25 hours/week) positions
- Contract duration: ASAP to May 29, 2026
- Multiple assignments across elementary, middle, and high schools
