We are seeking a skilled LED Wall &amp; AV Installer with a strong background in construction, rigging, and event setup. This role involves assembling, mounting, and dismantling LED walls and AV systems in event and venue settings. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-oriented, and experienced with power tools, lifts, and rigging equipment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Safely assemble and mount LED wall panels, projection screens, and AV structures.</li>
<li>Work with rigging hardware, lifts, and construction tools to secure installations.</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and venue regulations (OSHA compliance).</li>
<li>Assist AV technicians with wiring and system connections.</li>
<li>Perform site inspections and ensure proper load distribution.</li>
<li>Support strike and teardown after events.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in construction, rigging, or AV installation</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights</li>
<li>OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>ETCP Rigging certification a plus</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>
