A busy Broward County Consumer Rights Law Firm is hiring an Associate Foreclosure Defense Litigation Attorney to handle foreclosure and other state and federal consumer related litigation. Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation, review, and approval of motions and pleadings

Handle all aspects of litigation including filing pleadings, discovery, and motions.

Attendance at motion calendar hearings, mediations, conciliation conferences, depositions, and non-jury trials.

Work with paralegal to provide clients with updates.
Qualifications:
-
Juris Doctorate -Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
