Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and technical support on various systems and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. The Technician will focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to address any issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems as needed.
- Install equipment and ensure proper functionality post-installation.
- Document all service and maintenance activities accurately in the system.
- Adhere to safety procedures and standards during all tasks and operations.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance and technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with networking concepts.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
