Electronics Test Technician
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr
Shift: 2nd/3rd shift; flexibility required (possible weekend work or temporary 1st shift for training)
Position: 1 opening
Overview:
Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of advanced electronics assemblies for space and defense applications. Involves dynamic, thermal, and functional testing using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other test equipment. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow precise procedures, and strong communication/teamwork.
Responsibilities:

Perform development, integration, and acceptance testing

Operate/setup test equipment

Maintain detailed logs and shift documentation

Follow safety, cleanliness, and process standards

Work closely with engineers and technicians
Required:

Associate’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent military experience

4+ years in electronics or related discipline

Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electronic theory

Proficient with general-purpose test equipment

Able to lift test fixtures and handle delicate components

Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
Preferred:

Military background (Air Force/Navy)

Experience with digital circuits or navigation electronics

Environmental testing experience

Skilled in reading schematics and technical documentation
