Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintaining store operations and inventory accuracy.
• Manage annual inventory processes and contribute to purchasing activities.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales tasks, including direct and inside sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute bilingual marketing strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Perform cosmetic product demonstrations and offer recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business goals.
• Work effectively during scheduled hours, with Sundays and Wednesdays off.
