Full-time Maintenance Technician position available at an apartment community in Deerfield Beach, FL. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent attention to detail and maintenance skills.

The Apartment Community is approximately 200 units. APARTMENT COMMUNITY- NO PETS
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE
- Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies are a must
- AC required
- Multifamily housing experience preferred - Apartments
- On-call share
- Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Quality assurance programs
- Computer-savvy, helpful
- Honest, loyal, and reliable
