Overview:
GameZone Attendants are the go-to team members for all things arcade at FastTrax. From loading play cards to helping with prize redemption, this role ensures guests have a seamless, fun-filled experience in our state-of-the-art arcade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in the arcade area and at the redemption counter
- Load game cards, explain play options, and troubleshoot guest questions
- Monitor arcade floor to ensure all games are functioning properly
- Assist guests with ticket redemption and recommend prize selections
- Restock redemption merchandise and maintain organized displays
- Report game malfunctions to maintenance or management immediately
- Keep the arcade and GameZone clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Promote special offers, events, and arcade-related promotions
Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable with strong guest service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable with basic tech/troubleshooting
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
- Previous arcade, attraction, or retail experience is a plus
