What You’ll Do:

Manage litigation files, court filings, and deadlines with precision

Support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including commercial and securities litigation

Contribute to cases involving environmental law, construction disputes, and physician contract issues

Thrive in a high-volume environment where your organizational skills shine
What We’re Looking For:

4–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
-
Strong command of Florida Rules of Procedure (FRP)

Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
-
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Compensation & Structure:
-
Competitive salary: $65,000–$90,000+ DOE
-
Fully onsite with occasional flexibility for remote work when needed
