As the Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will assist in organizing project activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Track project progress and update documentation accordingly
- Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Support the preparation of project reports and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
