Village Montessori is seeking a reliable, solution-oriented, and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher, serving children from 16 months old to age 3. This position requires commitment, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Our schools are known for their authenticity and commitment to providing quality Montessori education.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children
- Willingness to support multiple age groups (toddler through kindergarten)
- Able to bend down frequently and assist in keeping the classroom and school's cleanliness
- Fluent English/Spanish required
- Punctual, proactive, and team-oriented
- DCF 45 hours training is required
Pay: Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.
