Family Law Attorney:
Location / Work Environment: Delray Beach, FL / Hybrid schedule
Compensation: $110k - $150k base salary + full benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Family Law and a passion for advocating for clients' rights. This role involves providing legal advice, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on family law matters including divorce, child custody, and adoption cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives in legal matters.
- Prepare and deliver effective legal arguments during trials and hearings.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law, with a demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and trial preparation.
- Excellent negotiation and legal writing skills.
- Familiarity with case management systems and compliance requirements.
- Experience in additional areas such as Criminal Law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property, or Corporate Law is a plus.
