Job Title: Document Review Attorney
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced U.S.-licensed attorneys for upcoming fully remote W2 contract positions.
Position Details:

Competitive hourly rates: $28–$45/hour, depending on experience and language proficiency

Full-time schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week, during regular business hours, with potential for overtime

Remote work: All work must be performed within the U.S.
-
Potential for long-term engagements and project extensions
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct thorough document review and analysis within established timelines
-
Utilize eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull, DISCO) efficiently
-
Collaborate with legal teams to meet project objectives
-
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
-
Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
-
Minimum 1 year of recent document review experience (including 1st/2nd level review, redactions, tagging, privilege logs, QC)
-
Minimum 1 year of recent experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Exterro, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, legal research, writing, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
-
Background in complex commercial litigation, mass torts, class action, antitrust, or regulatory compliance

Language proficiency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, German, Japanese, or Korean
-
Recent ALTA scores or willingness to complete a language assessment may be required

Additional Requirements:
-
Willingness to use a personal computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet if required

Background checks, conflict checks, and verification of bar membership, employment, and education will be conducted upon offer
