Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity offers a full-time School Psychologist role supporting K-12 students across multiple campuses in Southeast Florida. The position is a contract assignment for the current school year, providing services through early June.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological testing and assessments for students across PreK through 8th grade.
- Participate in meetings with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate interventions and supports.
- Provide counseling and support services aimed at enhancing student well-being and academic success.
- Manage a caseload spanning three campuses, including Ft. Pierce Westwood, PreK, and Northport K8.
- Ensure compliance with all district policies and maintain active Florida Department of Health licensure.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Psychologist licensure through the Department of Health is required.
- Experience working in school settings with children and adolescents.
- Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campuses effectively.
- Prior school psychology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Stuart, Florida serving schools in the Southeast Florida Coast area.
Work Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week.
