Job DescriptionIndependent Contractor – Exterior Window & Door Installers We are seeking an experienced, reliable independent contractors to install interior and exterior doors for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing high-quality doors, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Requirements: • Proven experience installing exterior window & doors • Must have own tools and equipment • Must carry general liability & WC insurance • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor • Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, measuring, cutting) Responsibilities: • Install exterior windows & doors according to company specifications and safety standards • Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and secure installation of doors • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges Compensation: Payment per installation, negotiable.
