Business Development & Technical Project Manager – Electrical Contracting Company (Naples, FL)

About the Company
A growing and well-established electrical contracting company in Southwest Florida is looking for a Business Development & Technical Project Manager to support its continued expansion. We deliver premium residential and commercial projects, including generator systems, lighting installations, and electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and end clients.

• Identify, estimate, and close new residential and commercial electrical projects.

• Prepare project estimates and proposals requested by clients, coordinating with the technical team and suppliers.

• Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with electrical codes.

• Coordinate materials, schedules, and technical teams.

• Manage project documentation, permits, and close-out reports.

• Collaborate directly with ownership to develop new business opportunities and improve internal processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical contracting or construction management.

• Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems.

• Ability to prepare and present professional project estimates and client proposals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• English required; Spanish is a strong plus.

• Valid Florida driver’s license.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000 – $3,500 per month (based on experience).

• 5% commission on new projects or contracts generated.
