Monday – Friday | 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Flexibility required based on operational needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Parts Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires daily communication in both English and Spanish with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
  • Track inventory levels and place orders to prevent stock-outs.
  • Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to support preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Communicate daily in English and Spanish with maintenance personnel, vendors, and internal teams regarding parts availability and orders.
  • Monitor backorders and follow up with vendors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry systems.
  • Pick, pack, and deliver parts to maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Process returns, surplus parts, and warranty shipments.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts room.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED – must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and data entry experience.
  • Mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments preferred (cGMP a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use a ladder or stool as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, wet areas, and high-traffic workspaces.
