Social Age Counseling is hiring immediately for two elementary school-based therapist (west plam beach and jupiter area). Requirements : Applicant must be a Registered Intern or fully licensed LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
The therapist is required to be at school during educational hours. Only working 187 days throughout the year. Responsibility include maintaining an ongoing caseload of 18-22 students per week throughout the school year. You will be working closely with school administrators and staff to develop your caseload. You will meet with the students on your caseload for weekly individual sessions. When not seeing students, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, completing progress notes, attending school meetings, meeting with school staff and administrators, and being a visible part of the fabric of the school.
Hours worked per week are 37.5 on campus. This is a 1099 position and pays $50,000** for the school year (as soon as you have a school badge). There is an opportunity to receive an end-of-year bonus.
Hours are 7:30am- 3:30pm Monday-Friday with paid school holidays throughout the year (based on school calendar holidays).
