Job Description
Responsible for Condo and HOA collection and foreclosure matters for assigned Associations. Maintain the PRIMARY point of contact for managers and Board Members for collections.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property records searches.
- Prepare first and second demand letters.
- Prepare Claims of Liens.
- Prepare estoppels and handle estoppel disputes.
- Negotiate for settlement and payment plans between the owner and the Association.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owner communications.
- Prepare status reports.
- Conduct a status meeting with the Board of Directors upon request.
- Timely handle payment disbursements.
- Prepare Release of Liens.
- Monitor bankruptcy cases & appropriate filings.
- Monitor MFC cases & appropriate filings.
- Prepare tenant rent demands.
Qualifications:
- Computer skills, detail orientation, communication skills, professionalism, team orientation, initiative, solution-oriented, analytical, and research skills.
- One to three years of experience in a professional office environment with related litigation experience preferred.
