We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, dog-loving Store Manager to lead our vibrant Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming location in North Palm Beach!

You'll oversee our day-to-day retail and grooming operations while managing a team of 10–12 talented employees. From ensuring smooth daily operations to creating a positive team culture, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate both our retail and grooming staff

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with acute attention to detail

• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems

• A deep knowledge of dog breeds and behavior, and confidence in helping customers with product or service decisions

• Someone who brings creative leadership ideas to boost morale, sales, and overall store performance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations of retail and grooming services

• Lead and manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment

• Drive customer satisfaction and manage inquiries both in-store, online and over the phone

• Maintain inventory levels and assist in product ordering

• Collaborate with the grooming team to ensure seamless operations and customer communication

Bonus Points If You:

• Have previous pet retail or grooming management experience

• Understand pet nutrition and wellness products

• Have experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail or service environment

Starting Salary: $42,000 annually + monthly sales bonus incentives
Location: North Palm Beach, FL (must be a citizen of and be eligible to work in the U.S.)
