Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Parts & Service Coordinator to support our Tank Truck Division. This role will work closely with our Parts Manager and Sales Team to handle warranty claims, assist with parts sales, and manage day-to-day service activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical understanding, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Parts Manager with order entry, pricing, quotes, and customer inquiries.
- Manage and process tank truck warranty claims with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Coordinate service scheduling, parts availability, and customer follow-ups for repairs or field service needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for service and warranty work.
- Support parts inventory management, including restocking, returns, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate technical information for service work.
- Help improve efficiency in the service and parts workflow and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in parts, service, or warranty within truck, equipment, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge of trucks a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning ERP systems.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, production).
