<h3>Job Description</h3>
Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate:
<ul>
<li>Efficiently and competently research legal issues</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.</li>
<li>Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts</li>
<li>Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements for the Litigation Associate:
<ul>
<li>1 - 7 years of litigation experience at a commercial litigation law firm</li>
<li>Licensed to practice law in Florida required; admission in Florida Federal Court a plus</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting</li>
</ul>
 
 
Compensation
 
<ul>
<li>The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.</li>
