Career Strategies is hiring a full time Leasing Consultant for a Tax Credit Apartment Community in the Aventura, FL area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Hours: Full-Time

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

  • Tax Credit Experience is highly preferred or affordable housing/bond paperwork or Section 8 Experience.
  • Prior leasing experience is required.
  • Available to work weekends
  • Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
  • Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent phone and in person sales skills
  • Motivated and hard-working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
  • Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
