Job Description
Rosso Site Development, Inc. a road construction and site development company located in Palm Beach County, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator. The position will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure the projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Submittals for Prime and Subcontractors</li>
<li>Work closely with Project Manager and Field Operations</li>
<li>Change Order, RFI and Submittal Tracking</li>
<li>Subcontract Creation</li>
<li>Seeking and reviewing material and trucking quotes</li>
<li>Scheduling material deliveries</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience in road construction or related field is required.</li>
<li>Must be familiar will the procurement of construction services, RFI’s, AIA pay applications, change orders, schedules, etc.</li>
<li>Experience reading plans</li>
<li>Experience with project management software (e.g. Primavera or Microsoft Project)</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to follow in place systems</li>
