Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opening is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position serving K-12 students at a school in Stuart, FL. The role is a contract assignment for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
