Role snapshot
- Position: Project Manager – Level 2 (W-2)
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Location: Juno Beach, Florida (onsite)
- Team: Early-Stage Solar E&C
- Reports to: Solar Regional Lead Project Manager
What challenges will you tackle?
- Guide a portfolio of solar projects through Screening, Diligencing, and the Early-Stage Pipeline, setting up a smooth turnover to Late-Stage PM.
- Assess technical and financial datasets to pinpoint drivers, trends, and risk indicators.
- Align development and permitting activities by coordinating subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
- Facilitate engineering efforts; remove roadblocks; contribute to structured problem resolution.
- Manage capital budgets, approvals, balances, and variances across multiple projects.
- Develop credible construction plans and schedules; negotiate commercial agreements; seek optimization opportunities.
Do you have the background?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience, including direct project management responsibilities.
- Exposure to construction, the energy industry, or solar projects.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills with executives, suppliers, regulators, local communities, and cross-functional teams.
- Mechanical awareness or interest in technical details.

- Estimated base pay: $75.00/hr–$80.00/hr, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
