Role snapshot

• Report to the Maintenance Manager as part of the Maintenance team in Pensacola, FL.
• On‑site position supporting facilities and production operations.
• Per company policy, this position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information will be provided by your interview team.

What your day looks like

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utility machines, and R&D lab assets.
• Troubleshoot and complete minor component repairs while upholding strict safety practices.
• Partner with teammates to drive equipment efficiency and maximize production runtime.

What you bring

• High school diploma and 1+ year of maintenance experience.
• Hands‑on proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and CMMS software.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, motors, gearboxes, bushings, bearings, chains, conveyors, and related mechanical components.

Physical and environmental expectations

• Lift, move, or carry up to 40 lbs.
• Stand, squat, and reach for extended periods.

Bonus skills

• Accurate documentation of work performed in a CMMS or similar maintenance management system.
