Job DescriptionDescription:

The Gate Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and emergency personnel at Galt Towers. This role is responsible for access control, visitor verification, package/vendor logging, patrol observation, and delivering a luxury-level service experience while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.

Schedule

24/7 Coverage – Rotating Shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends, Holidays)


Responsibilities Include:

Access Control & Security Support

  • Verify all residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries before granting entry
  • Follow building guest registration and authorization procedures
  • Monitor gate cameras, intercom systems, and access control software
  • Enforce community rules and escalation protocols

Concierge & Customer Service

  • Provide a warm, professional, Ritz-style greeting to all residents and guests
  • Assist with directions, amenities, and general building information
  • Maintain calm and professional demeanor during high-traffic and emergency situations

Logging & Reporting

  • Accurately log all visitors, vendors, incidents, and patrols in BuildingLink / Radkin systems
  • Complete shift reports, pass-down logs, and incident reports as required
  • Communicate critical information to Leads and Management

Safety & Emergency Response

  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
  • Know location of emergency equipment and building shut-offs
  • Follow Radkin SOPs and property emergency procedures

Compensation:

Starting from $17-$20 based on experience, with structured advancement to Lead + Rover tracks.

Requirements:

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain alert for extended periods
  • Basic computer and mobile app proficiency
  • Ability to stand, walk, and monitor areas for long durations

Preferred

  • Prior concierge, security, or front desk experience
  • BuildingLink or similar system experience
  • CPR / First Aid (a plus)
