Geographic locations in which MMSI currently operates include the U.S East, Gulf & West Coasts, and Alaska. The Corporate Office is in Southern California (Ventura) and its Regional Boat Maintenance Center a technically advanced facility in Woodbine Georgia.

How you would make an impact/key responsibilities:

Join the dynamic MMSI team as a Maintenance System Administrator. This position is located at the Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) Key West, FL. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates project schedules, drawings, and material. Plans and coordinates technical requirements and attends project/facility meetings.

• Logs and tracks scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for vessels, small craft, facilities, and rolling stock.

• Function as Safety and Ordnance Officer for all personnel working on contract.

• Maintains and updates training jackets/logs of all personnel working on contract.

• Conducts and/or coordinates all required training in support of projects.

• Ensures compliance to all Company Policies and Federal, State and Local Government Agencies regulations.

• Manages and implements the site QSMS system.

• Any other duties as required for the Contract performance

Qualifications:

High school graduation or equivalency certification is required. Ordnance handling certification is required.

A total of at least four years of experience in performing the foregoing functions in marine operations.

Physical Demands:

• Moderate. Please refer to the USCG Merchant Mariner Medical and Physical Examination Requirements for Merchant Mariner Credentials (Form CG-719 K))

• Office, Pier Side, Vessels and Adjacent Facilities
