Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | Rotating Weekends
Openings: 5
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Compensation & Differentials

• Hourly Rate: $28.00 – $40.00/hr (based on experience)

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hr

• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to provide high-quality respiratory care across inpatient units, including critical care and cardiovascular populations. This role supports patients requiring both invasive and non-invasive ventilation and works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.

New Graduate Friendly:
Candidates who have recently passed the NBRC RRT boards or are awaiting official licensure are encouraged to apply.
CRT-only experience does not qualify.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive respiratory assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressures

• Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate respiratory therapy needs and treatment effectiveness

• Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy

• Assist with artificial airway placement and ongoing airway management

• Initiate, monitor, and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation

• Monitor patient responses and intervene appropriately during adverse events

• Assist with transport of ventilator-dependent patients

• Respond to emergency situations and participate in resuscitation efforts

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
  (CRT experience does not qualify)

• Florida RRT license (active or pending for recent graduates)

• Associate Degree from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program

• BLS required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
