Company Description
ChaTime is a globally recognized premium bubble tea and innovative beverage brand founded in Taiwan in 2005. With thousands of locations across more than 60 countries—including the United States, Australia, Canada, and Japan—ChaTime is known for freshly brewed teas, high-quality ingredients, and a fun, modern guest experience.
ChaTime Delray Beach is a privately owned, well-capitalized flagship location located on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, FL. This store is being built to set a high operational standard and support the brand’s continued growth in the U.S. market. Franchisees are supported by a strong supply chain, comprehensive training, and ongoing marketing and operational resources through ChaTime’s parent company, La Kaffa.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role at ChaTime Delray Beach. The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, building and developing the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk position. During peak hours, the Store Manager is expected to work on the floor alongside the team—preparing drinks, serving guests, coaching staff, and leading by example.
Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, scheduling, inventory management, cost and labor control, shift supervision, loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with brand and operational standards. The Store Manager will be accountable for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive, high-energy store culture.
This role is designed as a growth opportunity. As the business expands—including the planned addition of a food truck and potential future locations—the Store Manager may grow into a General Manager role with expanded responsibilities, compensation, and leadership scope.
