Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boba Tea Store Manager located on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction while managing a team of staff members. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supervising shifts, implementing loss prevention strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring store compliance with operational standards. Other duties involve fostering a positive work environment, managing schedules, and handling customer feedback effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating an inviting and seamless experience for customers
- Strong Communication skills for managing a team, engaging with customers, and ensuring clarity in instructions and feedback
- Experience in Store Management and Retail, including managing inventory, scheduling, and achieving sales goals
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and improve profitability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and team-building abilities to motivate staff and maintain a collaborative, professional environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience or education in retail management is a plus
