Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that values customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to resolve quality concerns efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities:- Inspect WIP, inbound and outbound parts. Prepare First Article Reports- Prepare detailed, accurate reports of all Quality Control inspections, results, corrective actions, recommended preventive actions, trends analyses, and compliance to contract requirements.
- Utilize effective technical narrative, graphs, charts, spreadsheets, photographs and other means to effectively convey the QC results to management.
- Establish Quality KPI’s with the goal of continuous improvement in all aspects. Create and manage reports to track internal and external KPI’s.
- Lead measurement of TCQ (Total Cost of Quality) and identify opportunities to reduce TCQ.Skills and Key Competencies:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong clerical skills. Ability to track multiple tasks and document critical information.
- Detail oriented and capable of driving timely resolution to issues.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and significant experience in driving corrective action (e.g. 5 why, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Capability to adjust work operations to meet emergency or changing production requirements.
- Hands-on and results driven.
Requirements:
- Experience in ISO-9000 with AS9100 systems.
- Working knowledge of core quality tools (First Article/First Piece inspection, PPAP, Quality Manual).
Desired:
- BS in Engineering or industrial/manufacturing related field preferred
- Significant time in Quality Engineering or Quality Leadership role.
- Experience in high volume metal fabrication manufacturing operation a plus.
