Superintendent Shell Construction (Custom & Commercial)
Location: West Palm Beach/South Florida area

Due to growth, rare opportunity to join $100Mil family-owned shell contractor in South Florida with over 25 years of experience specializing in luxury master planned communities, custom homes, and commercial projects. Company has long-standing builder relations and 10+ yrs of employee retention. Offering supportive culture built on integrity, exceeding quality standards,, and proactive leadership. No drama or micro-management.

Seeking experienced Shell Superintendent in either custom or commercial construction, to be responsible for overseeing, managing, planning, and ensuring the coordination of shell construction projects from Martin to Palm Beach county. Ensures quality and safety while adhering to the budget and schedule.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years managing shell projects (custom or commercial) working in a high volume, quality environment
• Ability to read blueprints and have an understanding of project cost analysis
• Must have layout experience (slabs, masonry openings, steel locations, roof, bearing walls)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other
• Bilingual ability (Spanish) is preferred

Salary: $90-$130K (corresponding to experience)

$500 vehicle allowance + gas & maintenance

100% paid health, dental & vision coverage; Supplemental insurance, LTD, Life, 4% 401K match and PTO
