We are looking for an experienced and skilled Construction Worker / Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in operating various types of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and bulldozers, safely and efficiently

- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation

- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Must have CDL.

- Proven experience as a construction worker and equipment operator

- Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Excellent physical condition and stamina

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
