As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Delivering compassionate care

Eligibility Requirements:

Valid LPN License
APD Certification - Must be obtained prior to start.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience working with tracheas
Case is open to 10-hour shifts Monday through Saturday, can be split with multiple LPNs. Indefinite length of time.
Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
