Now Hiring:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
- Personal Care Assistants (PCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Provide one-on-one care to persons with disabilities in their home setting
- Assist with daily living activities, medical needs, and supportive care
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality of life
- Flexible schedules available (full-time & part-time)
- Active Florida RN/LPN license or PCA certification (where applicable)
- BLS & ACLS certifications required for RNs
- Experience with disability care preferred (training available)
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (for RNs)
- Prior clinical or home health experience preferred
